Microscale Thermophoresis: Monolith NT.Label Free (NanoTemper)

​Monolith uses MicroScale Thermophoresis (MST) technology to quantify binding events. It allows you to measure the ligand-induced changes of the fluorescence of the amino acid tryptophan in a microscopic temperature gradient. This technique can be applied on a wide range of macromolecules in a small sample volume (<10μL)
and it is reliable for Kd measurement form mM to pM.
