The CFX96 Touch System is a powerful, precise and flexible real-time PCR detection system. The six-channel (five colors and one FRET channel) real-time PCR instrument combines advanced optical technology with precise temperature control to deliver sensitive, reliable detection for singlexplex or multiplex reactions.
Differential Scanning Fluorimetry (DSF) measures protein unfolding by monitoring changes in fluorescence as a function of temperature, utilizing flourescent dyes that preferably bind to denatured proteins. With its 96-well block, DSF can be done at high-throughout, allowing screening of different conditions to probe protein stability.
